2. The present application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner to cancel the bail bond of opposite party no.2, who was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 04.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5893 of 2021 by a coordinate Bench of this Court.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that opposite party no.2 had suppressed about his criminal antecedent while preferring his application for bail as the opposite party no.2 bears one criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that opposite party no.2 always threatened the petitioner and her family members.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that as the bail application of opposite party no.2 was drafted and filed in Corona period, he could not get the proper instructions from the pairvikar of the case and due to this the criminal antecedent was not mentioned. For this, he renders apology. With regard to submission of the petitioner regarding giving threat, he submits that it is made only with an ulterior motive to cancel the bail bond of his client.
5. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the materials available on record, I find substance in submission of learned counsel for the opposite party no.2. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
