Considering the fact that the allegation of assault causing head injury is on Ramjiwan Kumar, who is not the petitioner before this Court, and that petitioner no.3 Purushotam Kumar has already been arrested, I direct that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks, petitioner nos. 1 and 2, namely, Ramjay Singh and Ramlesh Singh @ Bullu @ Bablu Singh, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
