During course of checking of bus, it has been alleged that petitioner, being one of the passengers, confessed to have possessed 18.750 litres of Indian made foreign wine, which was seized from a bag and on account thereof, is under custody since 16.07.2016. Furthermore, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as is evident from Para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Amlesh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with G.O.
