JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Samastipur Patori P.S. Case No. 241 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the petitioner made online transfer of Rs. 65,600/- from the account of the informant fraudulently, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

Interim order dated 27.11.2019 stands vacated. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being
