2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103 (1) , 61 ( 2 ) and 238 (A) and 61 ( 2 ) of BNS.

3 . Prosecution case , in brief, is that informant namely , Mukesh Yadav alleged that on 11.02.2025 , son of informant went on walk in the village after having dinner but he did not return . Later on , the dead body of son of informant was found.

4. At the outset, learned APP appearing on behalf of State submitted that petitioner has been declared absconder and process of Section 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. has been initiated against him to ensure his appearance in the Court as such
