Patna High Court CWJC No.15664 of 2012 (06) dt.04-01-2016 instead of loggerheads furthermore, the learned lower court be directed to expedite the trial and be further, directed to conclude the same preferably within six months without granting undue adjournment maintaining the status quo.
I do feel that instead of allowing the matter to prolong furthermore, it will be wise step to accept the offer made by the respective learned counsels and on account thereof, the learned lower Court is ordered so. It is expected at the end of the respective parties to have full co-operation in getting the suit disposed of within the aforesaid stipulated period of six months. The District & Sessions Judge, Saharsa will monitor the same in each and every monthly meeting, so that Title Suit No.224 of 2009, pending before the Subordinate Judge-1st, Saharsa is found disposed of within the aforesaid stipulated period.
With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
