JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed to remove encroachment from the public land situated in Mauza-Khanpur, Thana no. 210 road, Khesra New-446, Old 134 and Old Khata no. 375 and New Khata-1206, Old Khata- 371, New Khesra-147 and Old Khesra-120 under Khanpur Block, Dist-Samastipur, Bihar.

This Court is of the view that in case, the petitioner seeks removal of encroachment from public land then he has to approach the concerned Circle Officer i.e. the Circle Officer, Khanpur, Samastipur in the present case under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.
