2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 286 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 461, 379, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that theft was committed by the petitioner on the shop of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.07.2023. He further submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds
