Now the grievance of the petitioner is confined only with respect to the relief No. 1(i) and (ii) to the extent whereby the petitioner is seeking a direction upon the concerned respondents to consider and appoint the petitioner as donor member of the Governing Body of Kalawati Degree College, Raniganj, Araria, in terms of Clause 1(v) of Statute 32 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16899 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/3 Bihar State Universities Act, 1976, regarding constitution of the Governing Body. For redressal of the grievance, the petitioner has approached before the concerned authorities by filing representation dated 14.07.2025 as well as 18.08.2025, but till date the same has not been considered and disposed of.

It is submitted by learned Advocate for the petitioner with all the vehemence that the maternal grandmother of the petitioner was the founding member of the college in question and thereafter the husband of the petitioner had been discharging as a donor member, irrespective of the aforesaid facts, the claim of the petitioner to appoint her as a donor member of the Governing Body has not been considered, therefore, the present writ petition.

4. Learned Advocate for the respondent University fairly submitted that since the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation before the concerned authorities who shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order.

Having considered the grievance of the petitioner, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in Annexure-P/8 to the writ petition and bring it to its logical conclusion preferably within a period of

Patna High Court CWJC No.16899 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 3/3 ten weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Suffice it to observe that before passing the appropriate order, respondent No.3 shall give notice to all the stakeholders including respondents No. 5, 6 and 7.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions and observation.
