Prayer is for modification of the order dated 22.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50499 of 2019 whereby the petitioner was allowed provisional bail by this Court in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016. The present application is for modification to the extent that address of the petitioner should be resident of village Patoi, P.S. Fesar in the district of Aurangabad instead of village Barahi, P.S. Pauthu, District Aurangabad as recorded earlier. In support of the address, the petitioner has produced the caste certificate granted by the Circle Officer, Aurangabad. Prayer for modification is allowed.
