2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 504, 379, 337, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the informant by bricks.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to petty dispute, an altercation took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. After investigation, final form has been submitted exonerating the petitioner but differing with the same, cognizance has been taken by the court below. Petitioner claims

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria/concerned court below in connection with Mansi P. S. Case No. 26 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shishir/- U T
