JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 334 of 2016 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 120(B), 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of demanding of ransom of Rs. 15 lakhs.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to inimical terms with the informant and he has criminal antecedent, but he is on bail in all the cases.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45334 of 2016 (2) dt.15-12-2016 2/2 Heard the learned APP also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of demand of ransom and the petitioner has criminal antecedent also, I am not inclined to grant privilege of pre-arrest bail to him and accordingly, his such prayer stands rejected in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 334 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
