The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Pirpainty P.S.Case No. 151 of 2015 registered under Sections 366-A, 341, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Bhagalpur in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54990 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 Pirpainty P.S.Case No. 151 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
