The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2014 registered under Sections 302,201 and 304 (B) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
The allegation of informant is that his daughter, namely, Phool Kumari Devi and her one son and one daughter were thrown in the well by his son-in-law (Petitioner) who also disposed of their dead bodies without giving any information to the informant.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46909 of 2015 (3) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner Madan Ram, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner Madan Ram is directed to surrender before the trail Court within six weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
