JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the Certificate Case No. 11 of 2016-17 pending before the Certificate Officer, Munger on the ground that though the petitioner has filed an objection, the Certificate Officer is not passing the final order.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Certificate Officer, Munger to pass a final order within a period of four weeks from today.
