JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 60 liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 24.08.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Katihar in connection with Mansahi P.S.Case No. 50 of 2016.
