Petitioner is named in the first information report but having more or less similar allegation several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court and no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 22.07.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S.Case No. 238 of 2014.
