Premises where Rice Mill of the petitioner is situated, was sealed by the authority on the ground that there were overdue amount pending against him. The said premises was sealed way back in the year 2013.
Patna High Court CWJC No.19495 of 2019 dt.21-12-2021 2/2 The stand of the petitioner today is that the matter has been adjudicated upon and it has been found by the sole Arbitrator that nothing is due towards the petitioner's Mill. His grievance is that despite this award his premises has not been unsealed. The petition is disposed off with observation that in case the petitioner files representation before the District Magistrate, Gaya within two weeks, he shall take a decision thereon within four weeks thereafter by passing a speaking order and copy whereof shall be supplied to the petitioner forthwith.
