Petitioner is accused in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of kidnapping the daughter of the informant, who used to study with the daughter of the informant, with the help of others.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, there is love affairs in between the petitioner and daughter of the informant and both left the house at their own sweet will. It is also submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons namely, Ranjit Mandal and Kanchan Devi, have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46045 of 2016 (4) dt.19-01-2017 2/2 already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 47111 of 2016. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1stClass, Purnea in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2016.
