The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 96 bottles of foreign liquor each containing 180 ml was recovered from the motorcycle which was being driven by the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 22.09.2017.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53827 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 248 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
