The petitioner, who is in custody since 30.05.2019, seeks bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.522 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 302 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that earlier also, the petitioner and others have attacked on the house of the informant to kill his father and in order to save his father, mother received bullet injury and on the fateful day, the mother and father had gone for morning walk, the accused persons assembled and assaulted in which his father died. The allegation against the petitioner is to have participated in the commission of crime.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59534 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that other accused persons have already been granted bail, but in the present case the petitioner has got five criminal antecedents. Looking to the antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
