2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chhaurahi P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, two unknown persons have killed the deceased. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused, namely, Sajan Kumar. It has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused, that the petitioner, who is mother of Sajan Kumar, has washed the blood stained jeans and tried to destroy the evidence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Manjhaul, DistrictBegusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Chhaurahi P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025.
