2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners no. 1 and 2 and the State.

3. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, informant suspects that all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners kidnapped minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of

5. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that girl in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has denied the prosecution case and has stated that she had gone to the house of her Mausi. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

6. Considering the 164 CrPC statement of the girl and the fact that the petitioners have got clean antecedent, prayer for bail of all the petitioners no. 1 and 2 is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Patna city in Gaurichak Police Station Case No. 210 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
