The petitioners are accused in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 145 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. as in respect to the death of brother of informant, Prince Kumar, informant raised suspicion against Mahendra Choudhary but in course of investigation, the name of the petitioners have been transpired on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused, Vikash Kumar, except that there is nothing against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48114 of 2015 (2) dt.30-10-2015 petitioners. It is further submitted that petitioners are in custody since 05.08.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 145 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioners.
