ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Sheikhpura P.S. case No.326 of 2010 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i)(x) of the SC & ST Act, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura.

Considering that the First Information Report was instituted in the year 2010 and final report was submitted on 30.3.2011 whereafter cognizance was taken in 2013 and yet the Petitioner did not take any steps to surrender before the Court and did so subsequently, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
