2. The petitioner has moved the Court for rejection of the nomination paper submitted by respondent no. 5, for the post of Mukhiya, Gram Panchayat Raj, Dandaspur in the district of Saran.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move before the State Election Commission under Section 136(2) of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents do no object.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with the liberty aforesaid.
