2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 246/2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) & 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, the allegation against the petitioner is that one country made pistol has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 28.06.2023.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after completing six months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Nawanagar P.S.
