JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2017 Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the University has produced before me a Xerox copy of cheque, worth Rs. 1,07,257/-, issued under the joint signatures of the Budget and Accounts Officer and the Finance Officer of Patna University, whereby a sum of Rs. 1,07,257/- has been released to the Principal, Patna Women's Training College, Patna, for payment to the petitioner.

In the present application, the petitioner has sought

Patna High Court C. REV. No.54 of 2016(5) dt.26-07-2017 2/2 review of the order, dated 20.05.2015, passed in CWJC No. 534 of 2015, whereby this Court refused to entertain his application for payment of arrears etc., mainly on the ground of delay. With the effort made by learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the University and the Officers of the University, the arrears have, now, been calculated and the amount so calculated has been released to Principal, Patna Women's Training College, Patna, as indicated above.

With the release of the fund, the grievance of the petitioner substantially redressed.

This application is disposed of with a direction to the Principal, Patna Women's Training College, Patna, to release the said amount of Rs. 1,07,257/- in favour of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J.) Prabhakar Anand/- U √
