JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 The present application has been for modification of the order dated 07.09.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.42372/15 to the extent that in the ninth paragraph, of the order inadvertently, "learned ACJM, Darbhanga" has been recorded in stead of "learned ACJM, Benipur, Darbhanga, ". The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition.

Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition. In view of the aforesaid, let in the ninth paragraph of the order dated 07.09.2015 "learned ACJM, Darbhanga" be read as 'learned ACJM, Benipur, Darbhanga".

Let the date of surrender be extended by two weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of the order in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.148/2015, pending before

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48293 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 learned ACJM, Benipur, Darbhanga.

The order dated 07.09.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.42372/15 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
