After hearing the parties, I find that no case of willful disobedience of order dated 12.10.2017 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No.1770 of 2017 is made out for the reason that the registration number of the vehicle mentioned in the writ application does not tally with the registration number mentioned in the seizure-list; wherein reference of registration number of three trucks, which were seized in the aforesaid case, was given. However, the respondent authorities may release the seized truck in pursuance of the aforesaid order passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.1510 of 2018 (4) dt.05-09-2018 P2/ Cr.W.J.C. No.1770 of 2017, in favour of the petitioner, on verification of chassis number and engine number along with registration number and if the same found to be of the petitioner. With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
