ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2019 in connection with Routa P.S. Case No.82 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 274, 275, 276 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 28 and 27(b)(ii) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 & 1945.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the alleged recoveries were not from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60420 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sahnawaz Alam, learned J.M. 1st Class, Purnea, in connection Routa P.S. Case No.82 of 2019.
