JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2018 Through the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the letter dated 15.01.2018, issued by Additional Collector, Disaster Management, Samastipur, as contained in Annexure-2, whereby the petitioner's claim for making compensation under the disaster management scheme, has been rejected since the case of the petitioner does not come within the purview of the said scheme.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application to file appropriate complaint before the appropriate authorities under the provisions of Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with the above mentioned liberty to the
