2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 8/20 of the NDPS Act registered in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with alleged recovery of 1 Kg. 500 grams ganja from his house. It is submitted that doubt is cast on the prosecution story considering that there was no recovery during the raid conducted in his house also one day prior to the present raid. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged and the recovery of the offending goods said to have been made from the house of the petitioner, this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59786 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned Court below the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
