The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015, for the offences instituted under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case the informant has stated that he got telephonic information that Seema Devi daughter of the informant have committed suicide at Kudra railway track. The daughter of the informant was tortured by the petitioner and other in-laws of the deceased.

It has been submitted on the behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no direct or

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is husband of the deceased and he is the abettor. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015, pending in the court of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. Accordingly, the same is rejected. Anyhow, if the petitioner surrenders in the court below within a period of four weeks, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sudhir Singh, J.)
