JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 08-12-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "I) For quashing the judgment dated 31.05.2019 passed by state transport appellate tribunal, Bihar, Patna in Transport Appeal no. 12/2017 by which appeal filed against the order dated 10.10.2017 passed by the chairman Magadh Regional transport authority (here in after referred to as transport authority) has been dismissed as well as order dated 10.10.2017 passed by the chairman, Magadh transport authority, Gaya by which permanent stage carriage permit no 167/2017 of the petitioner for the route Nawada to Rajgir via Baidail, Sakara more, Hisua covered with Bus no. BR 02 T 6965

Patna High Court CWJC No.19497 of 2019 dt.08-12-2022 2/2 has been cancelled which is valid with effect from 31.05.2017 to 30.05.2022.

II) For restraining the licensing authority not to extend timing to any other person for plying the vehicle over the route allotted to permit no 167 of 2017 during the pendency of this writ application.

III) For any other relief /reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, for the same having rendered infructuous.
