JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that a supplementary show cause has already been filed in the present case from which it will be apparent that the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 has already been passed by the Circle Officer, Kesariya, on 1.2.2021 and thereafter, the encroachment has also stood removed as would be apparent from the order dated 8.8.2024. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the
Patna High Court MJC No.2238 of 2022(4) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 aforesaid position on facts and submitted that the present petition be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
