2. This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 10330 of 2020, which was dismissed on 25.07.2025 for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 27.06.2025.

3. For the reasons as stated in the restoration

Patna High Court MJC No.3114 of 2025(3) dt.03-04-2026 2/2 application and the affidavit, it is allowed and CWJC No. 10330 of 2020 is restored to its original file.

4. The petitioner is directed to remove the remaining defect nos. 52, 55 and 76 within two weeks, failing which the record of CWJC No. 10330 of 2020 be posted under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for being dismissed for non-compliance.
