Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the operative part of the order dated 10.9.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.17815 of 2015 and Cr.Misc. No.17868 of 2015, incorrect P.S. Case has been recorded. The correct name of the Police Station is Rail Barauni P.S. Case No.56 of 2014 whereas in the aforesaid order dated 10.9.2015, name of the Police Station has been wrongly recorded as Barauni Rail P.S. Case No.56/2014. The said mistake may be corrected accordingly.

Further, the name of the P.S. recorded at the top in the format portion of the ordersheet may be read as "Rail Barauni

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48819 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 P.S." in place of "Begusarai G.R.P".

The period for surrender of the petitioners fixed in the said order dated 10.9.2015 is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

The order dated 10.9.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.17868 of 2015 is modified to the extent indicated above. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
