In the present case, the petitioner wants review of the order dated 28.3.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5506 of 2013 which was challenged before the Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 988 of 2016 and the Court has refused to interfere in the same. The petitioner has filed the present application for review. The order passed by me has now been merged with the order of the Division Bench. In that view of the matter, there is no question to embark the process of review in the present case. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
