1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) For issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction quashing the letter no. 56 dated 5.4.2017 issued by and under the signature of the respondent no. 5 the Block Welfare Officer Sarmera District Nalanda by which the engagement of the petitioner as "Vikas Mistra" in Gram Panchayat Dhanuki P.S/ Block Sarmera District Nalanda has been cancelled and the officer in Charge of Sarmera police station the respondent no. 6 has been requested

Patna High Court CWJC No.16427 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 to lodge FIR against the petitioner for non completion construction work of Samudaik Bhawan" of in Dhanuki Gram Panchayat under Scheme 2013-14 as contained in Annexure-2 to this writ application and also for quashing the engagement of the respondent no. 7.

(B) For issuance of appropriate writ/ order or direction commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to work on his post of "Vikas Mitra" by removing the respondent no. 7.

(C) For issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the respondents to make payment of his wages/remuneration to the petitioner from the date of his disengagement till date and on wards in regular manner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
