2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, a dead body of the daughter of the petitioner was recovered. The police has arrested the petitioner and others. Except for the confessional statement of the petitioner there is no material against the him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 11.07.2023.

5. Considering the fact that this is a case of no evidence, therefore, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM IX, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023.
