In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the first information report it appears that these two persons have forcibly entered into the shop of the informant and mercilessly assaulted to him. Allegation has been made against petitioner no. 1, Sanjay Singh that he gave a dagger blow on the lip and hand of the informant and petitioner no. 2, Moni Singh has also caused fatal blow in his parietal region. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47970 of 2015 (2) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 petitioners that the informant entered into the house of petitioner no. 1 and misbehaved with his daughter and for that a day before the petitioners' side filed a case, vide Doriganj P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015, for offences under sections 341 323, 324 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioners. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
