JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made Katta, one cartridge and several mobile sets are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Para-3 of the petition goes to show that prior to institution of the present case, the petitioner was made accused in only one case. Moreover, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches including this Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49906 of 2016 (3) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S.Case No. 122 of 2016.
