Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was allowed the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 28.11.2017 in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 183 of 2017 on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, but inadvertently, in the cause title of the aforesaid order, the name of district has wrongly been typed as Sekhpura in place of "Nawada".

In view of the above, in the cause title of the aforesaid order dated 28.11.2017, let the name of district be read

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55345 of 2017 (3) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 as "Nawada" in place of "Sekhpura".

The order dated 28.11.2017 is modified accordingly. Let this order be communicated to the concerned Court. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
