Learned counsel for the petitioner states on instruction that in view of the statement made in paragraph-8 of the counter affidavit filed today to the effect that by letter no. 183 dated 06.10.2015 the impugned letter no. 157 dated 22.08.2015 has been withdrawn, and hence the present writ petition need not be pressed as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of.
