2. The petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 62977 of 2019 and the same has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.05.2020.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 109 of 2019 arising out of Kudra P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 26.03.2019.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail by contending that the trial is on the verge of conclusion and in the Sessions Trial the argument is going on.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

9. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
