JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 23-07-2018 It is the grievance of the petitioner that the Circle Officer, Benipatti has not taken appropriate action for removal of encroachment from the area in question and in spite of repeated applications and representations filed, nothing has been done.
If that be so, the Circle Officer is directed to look into the matter and pass appropriate order with regard to removal of encroachment after hearing all concerned. The action be taken within a reasonable period of six months.
