2. The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2023 in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 75 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused Pintu Choudhary

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68556 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 which has no evidentiary value.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. III, Patna in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 75 of 2013.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Didarganj police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month.
