The petitioner seeks bail in Mohammadpur P.S. case No. 214 of 2015 under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that while he was coming to his house, after withdrawing Rs. 50,000/- from his pension account, four persons intercepted him. The accused persons robbed him of Rs. 50,000/- with pension book. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. There is absolutely no material against the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused but he has not been put on T. I. parade. The petitioner is in jail since 30.06.2016 and on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and the petitioner

Considering the fact that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor petitioner was put on T. I. parade, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Mohammadpur P.S.
