JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has sought quashing of order dated 13.5.2017, passed by the Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna, who is the Appellate authority, in Public Grievance No. 4311800203177761/IA.

Petitioner's grievance has been rejected by the Appellate authority recording the reason that he unnecessarily files application one after another for the same cause which has already

Patna High Court CWJC No.18805 of 2017 dt.16-07-2018 2/2 been rejected.

Crux of issues raised by the petitioner is that he had applied for grant of mining lease for which process had been undertaken in 1992-94 and decision for allotting a lease for mining had already been taken in his favour.

More than 20 years thereafter he has filed an appeal before the Appellate authority for deciding general public grievances raising a grievance which has been disposed of by the Appellate authority under order dated 13.5.2017. No grounds have been made out for assailing appellate order dated 13.5.2017. This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order of the Appellate authority. Otherwise also grievance which has been raised is in relation to a very stale issue arising out of same process undertaken by the respondents on the petitioner's application filed for mining lease way back in the year 1992.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is devoid of merit and the same is dismissed.
